The most "iconic" line-up for IM

Haha yes indeed! Brilliant!  :)

When I am at a Rush show I experience it like this:

Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart
Lifeson (half a minute during his solo in Limelight <-  uploaded by yours truly)
Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart Peart

Well, I should have added him indeed. I mean, he's a monster on bass and probably will end up in the top 3 of the bass-survivor. :)

But it's hard to keep my attention on him when Peart does his patterns.

As for the moment when Gers came in, Forostar is right. No Prayer was composed and recorded during the first half of 1990 ; I remember the band gathered just after new year's eve. So Gers joined very early in the year.

Steve Harris
Nicko McBrain
Janick Gers
Dave Murray
Adrian Smith
Bruce Dickinson

Best line-up. I could take Maiden without Adrian and Bruce (as on The X Factor) but I always feel something is missing without Janick, who is my favourite member of the band.
