The best run of 3 Maiden albums from the 80's?

Definitely Powerslave-Somewhere in Time-Seventh Son. Very close with 83-86 being my choice though.

I've warmed to Powerslave more in the past year. SIT and Seventh Son I've always had in my top-three.

That's insanely difficult. I'd go PoM-Powerslave-SIT-SSOASS. It's really difficult to exclude POM or SSOASS...If I had a choice I'd exclude Powerslave and keep the other 3. Now I went with PS-SIT-SSOASS

Beast to Powerslave.
Had to include POM and PS, and whilst not a huge fan of neither Beast nor SIT, Beast on the Road was far superior to Somewhere on Tour. Plus 1982 going forward was very exciting whereas 1986, from a Maiden standpoint, wasn't as much.

Iron Maiden to Seventh Son. Now seriously... if I had to pick 3 it would be their last three from the 80's. Pity it isn't four, so I could add Piece Of Mind.

TNOTB, POM, and PS produced more iconic Maiden songs than any other set of 3 albums from any era.

Has to be that trifecta within this poll.
