Terrible setlist

Brilliant question!
Thanks!

8) Hooks in You (Bruce S&M drape)
9) Run Silent Run Deep (cunning fox in a chicken's lair drape)
10) The Aftermath (half the band sleeps on stage to recuperate)
11) Angel and the Gambler (chorus-repeat clock-counter backdrop)
I think I might want to see these added to a real set list just for the theatrics! The Lunacy Of The Beast Tour 2025!

Mmmmmm let's pick mine without looking my previous one and see what changed (this time only songs I reaaaally dislike).
  1. Quest For Fire
  2. Hooks In You
  3. From Here To Eternity
  4. Fear Is The Key
  5. Wasting Love
  6. The Angel And The Gambler
  7. When Two Worlds Collide
  8. Don't Look To The Eyes Of A Stranger
  9. Age Of Innocence
  10. Shadows Of The Valley
P.s. : nah... almost the same thing :p

some hot takes on there! I'd love to see Virus, JOH, WTWWB, LOTF, Nomad, OOTSP, FTGGOG and TFF

Since this is all for fun I'm just going to throw some random "this is the song that I'm currently skipping" laundry list and I won't be touching the easy victims (you know who they are):

1. Iron Maiden (pls...enuff lol)
2. Half of TBOS (they all sound the same)...but...
3. Speed of Light especially (just don't get the attraction ???)
4. Satellite 15 (aka "Colossal Atonal Trainwreck Noise")
5. El Dorado ! (still don't get the concept at play here...regardless, it's a naff song)
6. TNOTB (just never a fave personally)
7. Anything with a 2+ minute noodle/tinker-fest/tuning-our-instruments intro haha
9. Bring Your Daughter... (tacky as hell)
10. Rime (unless they stop at minute 4 !!! - no need for poems guys)

That's a strong deep-cut setlist. I'd see it.

Say it loudly and proudly : "For The Greater Good of God" :D (honestly, the only interest of playing the intro is to check whether your guitar is tuned)
yeah, it's a kick-ass song but (like a lot of Maiden last 25 years !!) they have totallyl unnecessary bloat to start the proceedings. they should at least provide an edit of such tracks that gets right to business

Such a fan favourite! I hope they won't dust off this one though.

I'm pretty sure they've done this a couple of times... Not sure if Bruce can do it anymore though, he was at his best with these in 1999-2003.

I don't think we'll ever get to hear these again, but at least there's some decent bootleg footage available of the older performances. Either one would be a real surprise for the TLOTB set though!
He just did it (called everyone a wanker) to the entire audience in Chula Vista, CA, in the middle of the first song, "Senjutsu".

Churchill's Speech
Darkest Hour (new, shittier spitfire with ultra slow propeller)
Strange World
Tears Of A Clown
Quest For Fire
Coming Home
Lost In A Lost World (bruce becoming visibly irate at no one knowing the new stuff)
Senjutsu (bruce calls the crowd cunts and wankers)
The Angel And The Gambler (five minute crowd participation which ends in silence)
Virus (power cut before the second half)
Look For The Truth
The Apparition (bruce wearing a white sheet with holes in, gets cancelled on blabbermouth the next day because people think he was dressed as a klan member)
The Man of Sorrows
Iron Maiden
--------------
Satellite 15 (tape)
(bruce's monitors removed)
The Number Of The Beast
Run To The Hills

I've been part of an audience yelled at by Bruce. A Denver, CO show where the Colorado folk did their usual and manifested a large cloud of pot smoke over the proceedings. We didn't get loud enough for one of Bruce's "scream for me Denver" moments, and Bruce shouted "you potheads are too fucking mellow!"

I think he was genuinely angry about it, too. You know Maiden themselves have never been drug-friendly.
