Stranger In A Strange Land

A friend of mine is absolutely convinced that Starnger In A Strange Land has been the them etune to a film she's seen. I think she said it was called Short Circuit. I've told her repeatedly that it hasn't been a theme tune, but she doesn't believe me. Can anyone back me up here?

I know for a fact that Stranger in a Strange Land has nothing to do with Short Circuit, seeing as how that was one of my favourite movies as a child.

I've never seen it myself, but she has. The reason I didn't think it was was because I couldn't imagine Maiden getting involved in things like theme tunes. Seems a little against their ideals.

Yes. It was originally done by Bruce for the Nightmare on Elm Street. The one with Freddie Krueger.

Janick has changed somethings in the music and make it a "maiden-like song". So they recorde it. Don't know why, but Janick was not credited.
