Something that shocks me a bit...

I think the most compelling reasons not to release Donington '07 was that the performance (relatively) and the fans sucked.
 
It was a very quiet concert, I thought. And Bruce wasn't on par. He fell a few times too.
 
Download isn't really a festival that will have a lot of Maiden fans. It might've done back in the early 90's late 80's but nowadays it plays cool rock/metal and Maiden aren't especially cool in Britain.
 
Oh yeah I heard about Brucie almost breaking his arm on show, but I was never too curious on what show it was.  :o
 
Wow, never knew there was a DVD for the AMOLAD tour in the wings. Nice. Bothers me though that Bruce sings the verses in Thousand Suns too soon.
