OK, so something 5.2%+, not a light beer, maybe a little hoppy  and darkish, but not very.  Something Belgian or German (commercial), maybe even a micro brew from the states? but not

There are some good ones around!  Prob a ton in the AZ area.  We have a KCMO brew (Boulevard) that is pretty good.

Just in Tucson there's 3 really good ones. Nimbus, Gentle Ben's and Thunder Canyon Brewery. There's a Fry's in the East side of town that has A LOT of Micro Brew beers even from Alaska. Not surprisingly those taste like crap... poor Alaskans, but the ones from Colorado and other states are really good... fuck Budweiser and Corona.

You said it!!  I don't have a lot of bars around that have much for M-B's, but on occasion, I can find some.  There is a local in Des Moines that brews right at the "bar and grill", and it's pretty good.
