All of Powerslave is perfection IMO. Somehow even its filler tracks are pretty much perfect, but I get why some would say it isn’t a perfect album.

Agreed. IMO not everything is a 10 out of 10 but still there's nothing that compromises slightly the quality of the record. Every single song is worth listening.

This is tough choice, but I'll go with SSOASS.

The example of a Maiden album in the 80's though is SIT - so typical sounding for that time/era.

SiT is, in my opinion, just a rough draft of Seventh Son of a Seventh Son (with great moments but also lots of longueurs and a lack of focus), so I'd choose the latter.
