That Greek Final Frontier is pretty cool. These kind of releases have always puzzled me though. Like, how does the conversation go? Why does Greece get an A4 book and others don't? Who decided Greece needs it? Does a Greek label rep say "hey, wanna sell more records? Do an A4 book version, Greece loooooves A4 book versions."

I remember reading somewhere that the Greek special edition was sold as a magazine in kiosks rather than a CD because the VAT was lower. This made it more affordable for fans (you have to remember this was in the middle of the financial crisis that devastated the country).
