RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I will be pleasantly surprised if they don't play a song from No Prayer, because the only song that has a chance to feature is Daughter and I don't like it, maybe one of their worst songs. If they were to play the title track, I'd be excited, but is it likely? Probably not.

So, he might play Revelations and Daughter on his solo tour? I think there is a chance that they will skip NPFTD, but I don't think there is a chance he plays both of them on his solo tour. We'll see
If they skip No Prayer, it wouldn't be cool given the theme, actually unfortunate for something different, even though it's one of their least popular albums. I'd be disappointed.

He might rotate both during the tour or just for a couple of shows. It's a thought. Both are very Bruce. I think he would prefer Revelations if he had to.
Mainly in the Americas. I wonder if they decided to revisit Asia and Oceania?!
June - August: NA 30+ gigs
Sept - Oct.: Latin and South Am 8 - 10 gigs
Oct/Nov: Asia/Oceania???
I think the tour schedule will be the same as in 2024. Or (probably the best case for us because of the second EU leg, although there could be some changes for a potential short 3rd leg before the release of a potential new album) like the 2022 one.
Well if he does this is to rest his voice. That ending with book of thel, dark side of acuarius and the tower was insane. A few times was changed with road to hell or one of thr 3 wasnt played.
It would be an easier encore song for his voice, for sure, but will he drop one of his (big) solo songs for it?
Timestamp?
24:43
What all songs by now have been confirmed by the tour poster & media, trailers, bookname (Infinite Dreams) or recent Bruce's interview (Powerslave)?
Phantom, Iron Maiden, Fear, Trooper and Number, Hallowed, Hills. Then probably Rime, Powerslave... Infinite Dreams....
If you ask me, I'd rather have Bring Your Daughter in the Maiden set rather than the Bruce set. Good audience participation bits that'd sound better in an arena/stadium setting and I'm scratching my head as to what else could be a suitable replacement for the No Prayer song. Tailgunner could work, but I'd say only as the set opener or to open the encore.
Tailgunner as an encore? Besides it, I guess the only other NPFTD song with a chance is the title track. A special deep cut. Please. At least one NPFTD song, whatever they want. This is probably one of the last chances for (different) 90's songs.

I also prefer Bring Your Daughter for the Maiden tour. As an encore can work.
If they're not playing Daughter then they will just bypass No Prayer
Let's see, but likely, which would be sad. Just the same ME tour, how bad... let's hope for different deep cuts, overall.

1st date (leaked?) of 2026:

October 6th, Colombia.

Rumour, because usually who sells it in Colombia is ticketmaster.
I hope so! Greetings from Bogota! Saw TFPT in Bogota in 2024 and it was amazing! I hope they return to my country!

Ι mean, if Fear of the Dark (the song) wasn't a thing, the theme of the tour would be the first 7 albums, that's prime Iron Maiden. The theme of the tour now is the 9 first albums. They didn't say they will play a song off each album, though. They might as well skip No Prayer, they might skip SIT too. Everything is possible.

Their main focus will be the first album, Number and Powerslave. It makes sense for such a tour. They played many POM songs on the Legacy tour, they played many SIT songs on the latest tour, they played many SSOASS songs on the ME tour. They haven't played early days songs since around 2005. IMO, this tour will be something inbetween Somewhere Back in Time and Eddie Rips up the World tour. Also, there is the Powerslave anniversary, Paul's death, the 50 year anniversay, the book, the documentary, many reasons to focus on early Maiden.

We have to remember, that this is a stadium tour and they have to play many hits. There will be deep cuts, but NPFTD and FOTD deep cuts are unlikely (rightfully so imo). Their first 7 albums are such strong albums and there are many forgotten songs, like Prowler, Acacia, Infinite Dreams, Still Life, Killers, To Tame a Land, even Rime. They aren't gonna play Judas Be My Guide and No Prayer For The Dying, that are fine songs, but not songs to be played on a 50th anniversary stadium tour. They might play Daughter or Be Quick or Afraid To Shoot Strangers (again? please no), but that's all. Probably it will be Daughter and Fear only. They might skip Daughter though.

Anyway, some songs will be skipped. They might skip a hit too, like Evil that Men Do (they might play Clairvoyant instead) or 2 mins (it will be played 80-90%) or Aces High, but most of the hits will be there(like 10 out of the 16 songs will be hits). So, the other 6 songs should be the best possible deep cuts/epics/die-hard fan favourites.

So here's my question: If you were to pick 5-6 songs, that aren't hits to feature on this tour, what songs would that be? (Phantom doesn't count because of the promo video)

Mine: Powerslave, Rime, Infinite Dreams, Still Life, 22 Acacia Ave, Prowler.

I expect better after Bruce's interview...
Me too. We know his hype, but I think this time it should deliver. Big words for teasing. The question is how ''deep'' the cuts will be.

Well said. And I agree, the details, the focus on some albums, the documentary, it makes sense, but is it too much for them to play 3 early 90's songs after all these years and 80's-throwback tours? The forgotten 80's deep cuts are there, it's understandable, they are more popular, but let's see how many of them they will play (if the set is 9-10 usual classics). Let's hope for at least 5. Some hit or two may be skipped, although they did on the latest tour and it depends on the number of songs in the set. If they skip 1 album, they will probably skip SIT too.

Tough question. Probably: Be Quick, To Tame A Land, Killers, Prowler, No Prayer/Wasting Love, Infinite Dreams. The ones with some chance.

Then: Sea, Daughter, OTGDY, Still Life, JBMG, Rime, Tailgunner, 22AA.

Edit: the songs (from all albums) they are probably ''expected'' to return again are: Prowler, Killers, 22AA, Land/Still Life, Rime, Sea, Infinite Dreams, Daughter/Tailgunner, Be Quick/Wasting Love, Man On The Edge, Futureal, BNW and DOD.

I'm pretty sure that Rime, Infinite Dreams and Killers will be in the setlist.

Don't see Infinite Dreams being played. I think Killers and Rime have a decent chance. 50% maybe.
They named the book after that (maybe the documentary too), so I think it's more than likely they will do it.
Rime is the only epic they can play on this tour (and I remember that last year McMurtrie shared some photos of the 2018 Madrid show ((same stadium)) with Rime as the soundtrack, which seemed odd with so many songs from the LOTB setlist to choose from).

The moment I heard about this tour (via the announcement) it immediately got to my mind like this is sort of Fear Of The Dark-tour.
Not at all concentrating on the FOTD-songs, but it could couple songs from the album and then some deep cuts or forgotten songs along with the usual ones.
Phantom, Infinite, Killers, Be Quick etc most likely.
But it's now interesting as they did anyways get few old songs back to the setlist on both LOTB and FPT-tours, so anything is possible.
