Pretty sure we had Total Eclipse speculation in the last tour too and it never materialized. Its realistically just that the moon is from the debut album cover.

Seeing the full resolution artwork doesn't reveal much more than we already knew.
The whole art vibe is close to Iron Maiden/Killers.
The leather jacket could be a direct reference to No Prayer on the Road tour? The whole band vibe for the early 90's was leather jackets.

The FOTD shoulder turns into wires on the arm/hands, as well as the red eye and metal throat, so there'll definitely be something from SIT there.
Beside that arm is also a Japanese looking tower, this can't be a Senjutsu reference, but could be referencing Maiden Japan? The tracklisting being:
