Btw, there are additional ramps similar to the ones for the FOTD tour in the upper half of stage - which makes the design a little fuller from the above and easier for Bruce. Imagine if they added screens there, it would have been like 3D.

Originally I had hoped that Nicko would play a song then, but I have changed my mind.
All the comparisons that would then be made would be an unpleasant thing.
And Nicko should have played his gigs in mid-June then, not July.

It's true. Sad but true. I thought he sounded pretty much fine on Stranger, Alexander and CSIT though
 
Bruce sounds pretty decent on Aces there I got to say. He is a bit of a freak still being (mostly) able to sing these songs in their original key at all.


Edit- maybe not on that last verse

Also Ireland is apparently a sea of phones

Well Live After Death has always been overrated. Beast over Hammersmith is better, as is Rock in Rio (the band at it's peak?)

Maybe—but it’s definitely better than Dying. They’re young, enthusiastic, scorched and exhausted, but still dripping with energy and drive.
 
Dublin show was great, for the first time ever for me there was no song I'd never heard before in the setlist*, but I'd only seen Killers and Rime at one gig before so it was close enough! Plus I'd only seen Murders at 3 gigs, and The Clairvoyant has been relatively rare over the last 30 years. Thought the screens were better than I was expecting and they still had the feel of a Maiden show, I wasn't watching them too much though as I'd a good view of the band. I'm in two minds about the studio tempos of the songs, at times it felt tighter but at other times you were missing the live speeding up.

I sold my London tickets (when the setlist was revealed). Now I only got Berlin left. It's good enough for me.
Now, I wish I went more times to see the Future Past and Legacy tour (I saw 3 times each if I remember correctly). I'm sure I'll have a good time at this gig. I chose to keep Berlin because of the venue and the seats I managed to get. I'll be seated at the 5th row (1st night) and 8th row (2nd night), both central.
