Kreator (Coma Of Souls) and Sepultura (Beneath The Remains) are at the top in their respective groups after winning the first round.

Round 2 is up with epic wizardry of Iced Earth and Sabbat clashing against each other and be prepared to have technical Thrash-fest with Annihilator and Coroner locking heads!

Really wouldn't mind if Annihilator takes the second match. But man I love Dreamweaver. It is one of my biggest wins from GMAC for sure. Burnt Offerings is great too, especially the title track is essential thrash metal. And it's still no competition to me.

Never, Neverland and Mental Vortex are both awesome. The former is possibly my favourite by Annihilator. Some really solid songs: Stonewall, The Fun Palace (that solo though), Sixes And Sevens among others.
My favourite Coroner album is actually No More Colour but the playing in Mental Vortex is sick. The opener, Son Of Lilith itself is super awesome but I will go with my favourite.

The real challenge was Sabbat vs Iced Earth. Interestingly, at first I insisted @Diesel 11 not to include Iced Earth considering I don't consider them PURE Thrash but I gotta give it to Iced Earth for epicness and creativity. Now Sabbat's album is cool as well and just in case if people here are not aware, it has ANDY SNEAP on guitar as well. It just has too much of a Black metal tinge in its sound for my taste, still an awesome record, mind you!

Glad you liked it! Iced Earth definitely fits into a thrash-hybrid category but those riffs are some of the tightest ones in the genre.

Life has gotten in the way of me participating in the game but hopefully I’ll have a chance to check out a round eventually.

Terminal Redux kicks so much ass, though I may have nominated Alice in Hell myself if I remembered it exists lol. It's still easy Vektor.

I just got to Pandemonium on Endorama and I was like "why did it switch to Iron Maiden?" Took me some thinking to recognize what song I was thinking of. It's Fear of the Dark for 5 seconds at least. Anyways, Endorama is alright but it got mundane pretty quickly. Deathrow was very interesting, got Anthrax vibes from the vocals. Definitely better imo.

As much as I adore Annihilator, I will pick Terminal Redux by Vektor. Among the very best records of the New wave Thrash movement and in general, from the past decade! Must check out if you aren't aware of.

Endorama is fine with all those Nine Inch Nails vibes in the songs. I will even go on to say, it actually suits the band's style. I JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH of Deception Ignored so definitely my vote goes to it!
