In fairness the stale set list during the 90's possibly had as much to do with what BALZE!!11 was able to sing, no Run to the Hills for instance.

Not me, but I know someone at the Fan Club who went to the first show.

Just doing a bit of research on the broadcast date of this. Wiki says it was a live pay per view, which is total bollocks as the illusions were pre-recorded for the most part, so if it was live pay per view that would mean that the band would have to be twirling their thumbs while a video of the illusion was broadcast.
