The complete unedited interview with QUEENSRŸCHE frontman Geoff Tate, conducted April 5 by Joe Kleon, has been posted on Joe's personal web site. An MP3 file containing the chat, which was broadcast April 23 on Canton Ohio's WRQK 106.9 FM, has been made available for download AT THIS LOCATION (41 MB).

As previously reported, QUEENSRŸCHE's current record label, Rhino Records, has purchased the rights to the group's 1999 effort, "Q2K", from Atlantic and plans on re-releasing it soon. Limited-edition signed copies and a free "Q2K" cap will be included in the new package. More information will be made available soon.

QUEENSRŸCHE's latest CD, "Operation: Mindcrime II", has sold 58,000 copies in the United States in the first two weeks of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

QUEENSRŸCHE's top-selling album by far is 1990's "Empire", which was certified triple-platinum in October 1994 for sales in excess of three million copies in the United States. The original "Operation: Mindcrime" release (1988) attained platinum status in August 1991, while 1994's "Promised Land" reached the same plateau in December 1994.
