[!--QuoteBegin--][div class=\'quotetop\']QUOTE[/div][div class=\'quotemain\'][!--QuoteEBegin--]Today in the lockerrooms
This guy comes up to me while I'm talking about nevermore.
He starts making comments about my maiden shirt.
Saying:those vocals are only stupid screams about death and satan. And the guitares play 2 chords (Isn't that punk dude?) so fast so guys like you can say whow they can play fast.
And he told me to listen to real music like santana.
That would have really made me MAD....

What did you told him after he said that to you?

Actually we can't exactly condem some people that think maiden are satanists.
After all they do have an album called "Number of the beast"!!!!! Pretty missleading don't you think???

I think you should listen to punk before judging it [!--emo&--]/huh.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'huh.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Some do, just like some metal songs repeat the same formula without any feeling.

But in punk, it's about energy and attitude and not about the number of chords anyway [!--emo&^_^--]/happy.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'happy.gif\' /][!--endemo--] .

Yeah not 1000-note a minute wankatons eh? Passion makes a good song right?

Passion, and brains don't hurt either. Same goes for life in general, no?

Passion being usually opposed to reason, it's a fine balance indeed.

Sometimes opposed, sometimes even fueling one another. I prefer the second case [!--emo&:)--]/smile.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'smile.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

While I can comprehend the notion of passionate reasoning, a reasonable passion sounds like an oxymoron to me. [!--emo&^_^--]/happy.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'happy.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Passion for learning? [!--emo&;)--]/wink.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'wink.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

A passion for learning remains unreasonable. There are things that are better left unknown.

Yeah, ask Faust, right? [!--emo&:D--]/biggrin.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'biggrin.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
