Pre-The Soundhouse Tapes era Iron Maiden

Miss Metal - girl that danced on 22 Acacia Avenue @ World Piece Tour, Indianapolis. Bruce ripped her tops off and got sued afterwards. I think he was even arrested.
Blaze flipped out in Chile because a "fan" spit on him during The Trooper. Both him and Steve wanted to kill the guy.

Actually, for gossip just ask, there's no better source than this forum  :D

How many people here other than you and me know what this word is?

One here.  :smartarse:

I want to read the Run To The Hills book, but it's £58 on Amazon at the moment. A new edition should be cheaper if and when it comes out.

No, I think that's a vague memory of a picture from the Piece of Mind remaster booklet. There's a picture of Miss Metal dancing around Bruce with a caption reading "Bruce gets arrested", which is however no doubt a reference to the handcuffs dangling from her dress.

What stories/books have you read and I didn't? :)

I didn't, unfortunately. Never heard about it. Not a word.

I wonder who brought it out in the open?
The roady Nicko was so angry with (from a Mission from 'Arry)?
:)

I think I read about it on the commentary. It might be there.

I just got done reading 30 years of the beast. It's a great book but it ends after Dance of the death. Its the first 30 years of the band. I bought it on amazon.

@Foro, IMC  B) The best site ever. Bootleg remarks are great, check this out, World Slavery Tour @ Arma Di Taggia, Italy :

This concert features the infamous "cheese shop incident" where Bruce modifies the lyrics of '22 Acacia Avenue' and sings about cheese after a Monty Python sketch. He does the same on 'Run To The Hills' – singing "run to the cheese" – and on 'Iron Maiden'. All seems to stem from the fact that he introduces 'Hallowed...' and '22...' as 'Iron Maiden' and gets "cheesed off" by making such mistakes. The whole thing is actually quite hilarious!
