Surprisingly good song: This is really hard when it comes to classics... I have to remember what did I think when I heard it for the first time... Let's say Losfer Words (Big 'Orra) - weird title, I probably didn't expect it to be good. :P
Most disappointing song: Back in the Village - I clearly remember liking it the least after the first listen.
Best moment: So many. The whole instrumental beginning and chorus of Aces High, Powerslave chorus... Hard to pick one.

Best lyrics: Powerslave
Best line: 'When the life giver dies, all around is laid waste' - Don't know why... My first thought.
Best verse: Hm... Maybe the first one from Powerslave. This verse alone did a great job at creating the Egyptian mythology atmosphere.

Best title: Powerslave. Genius.

Best instrumental: Powerslave - from the first solo, to the beginning of the last verse.

Best guitar solo: Adrian - Rime

Best main riff: Powerslave

Hey, how about a Man of the match award? :P For exceptional performance, songwriting input or whatever you come up with... This doesn't have to be objective. For example if Dave played some of your favourite solos on this record - there you go. In case of Powerslave my choice would be Bruce, for his overall performance (Aces High!) and the crucial writing input (title track, which besides being such an perfect song written only by him, lead to the whole graphic design).

Song that makes you the most nostalgic: 2 Minutes to Midnight (Powerslave was the first album I was a fan for on release day, the 2 Mins single came out a couple of weeks before and was actually played on the radio where I lived)

Best lyrics: Powerslave
Best line: Hear the groans of the long-dead seamen
Best first line: "He threw down the glove, you made the mistake of picking it up now you're gone"
Best verse: The curse it lives on in their eyes....through the aforementioned then down in falls comes the rain

Best title: 2 Minutes to Midnight

Best intro: Powerslave
Best outro: Back in the Village (I like the hard stop--a rarity in the Maiden catalog)

Best chorus: Flash of the Blade (I would love to see this song live with a "Die as you lived" sing-a-long a la what they do in Running Free)

Song that makes you the most nostalgic: Second chorus of Two Minutes to Midnight. At the Las Vegas show in 2013 Bruce Dickinson cussed out some dude during that part and it was just glorious. Everyone was so confused.
