Well, no, but the 3 is one of the most popular cars here for some reason, and I think the 6 is an improved version of it.

Also, I don't really know much about cars.

I'd say Toyota, but probably Mega knows better. Generally Japanese cars are, by difference, the best sellers in Middle East.

^True that, although I can't think of any specific toyota model that sells really well here.
The brands that pop to my mind thwn I think of cars are mazda, renault  and peugeot.
That's just me though.

EDIT: I totally forgot about Subaru! they are pretty big here as well.

As an Israeli myself let me expand a bit on the car-purchasing habits of the Israeli majority

Most of the new private family-class sedan cars in Israel get to their owners from either a car contract with the company one's works in through one of the leasing agencies here OR a private contract with a leasing agency. The next options are purchasing it, first hand from a car agency or straight from the importer, or second hand, either from an individual or from an agency.

As the first two options comprise the majority of family-class sedan cars owners in Israel most of the cars are from agencies' car fleets which are comprised mostly from a very low variety of car models: Mazda 3, Ford Focus, Mitsubishi Lancer, Toyota Corolla, Citroen C4 and the like and on the more luxurious level it is Citroen C5, Mazda 6, Ford Mondeo, Honda Civic, Toyota Camri and the like.

Other manufacturers and models are usually purchased in the other methods.
