Isn't this Eddie from 1996, BOTB booklet? Which song represents if it is from 1993? Like the Eddie with the key from that era, which could be Fear Is The Key or Chains Of Misery (chorus lyrics). Both are artworks by Derek.

If it's true, then it is hard to connect both artworks with songs from FOTD album again. We have to ignore the lyrics and just consider the song titles and it's still hard to tell.
Maybe they're just additional or rejected artworks from that era/A Real Live Dead One or for some magazine like your profile picture. I remember an interview with Derek from that era in which he had said he had an idea to combine all of his artworks with Eddie into one big art and that he had 40(iirc) ideas for covers in 1992. Eddie as a werewolf was one of them. Maybe both are from that project and Maiden liked them and included them in the BOTB bookelt with no connections, which tbh would be atypcial for them.
