Load has grown on me the last year or so. Great album. But unfortunately the last great by Metallica in my humble opinion.

Literally my all time favorite album by any band. The only problem is these ESL
live versions kind of ruin the studio version of some songs for me.

By which I specifically mean Trees / Xanadu, Jacob’s Ladder and La Villa Strangiato.

Load has grown on me the last year or so.

I think time and mileage have been kind to Load — it’s got a lot of good material on it. I like Death Magnetic and Hardwired… too, though.

Listening a lot to Highasakite recently. They are Norwegian indie pop group, and their second and third album are really excellent.
