Randomly stumbled upon this song on Spotify and thought it must be one of the modern Judas Priest songs. Checked out the band name and was blown away!

On the other hand (I'm sure I'll mess up all the proper English terms, sorry about that, Google was no help alas) I was in the radio-technical troops of the air force, servicing a relay station which should normally have been in a truck but instead was in a separate building where I was sleeping (on my own, since I was also doubling as a telegraphist, things were interesting in that unit); anyway, there was this extreme metal program on Radio Sofia in the middle of the night, and I'll never forget how, when playing Mayhem's Freezing Moon at top volume, enjoying the sight of the moon and a quiet cigarette, utterly convinced that I'm bothering no one, the duty officer with the entire patrol ran to check what was happening.

Dokken's Turn On The Action intro riff is such classic metal, love it. The rest of the song is pure glam metal.
Classic power metal. No bad songs, iirc. The production is one of my favorites.

Wings Of Steel, quite an effective song. Riff, tempo, vocals, solos... all is 80's metal. A bit of a Priest vibe, yeah. The vocalist has a Halford, Kiske/Tate, Coverdale and probably others vibe. Curious. Typical high vocals from the 80's. Very good production. Better than Maiden's!
