Black Sabbath - Heaven and Hell (album) (vinyl rip)

This is a completely different listening experience. It sounds less thick and more like a normal 80's metal album (Melissa or British Steel are good comparisons).
And still the best record sabbath ever put out

Yes, it was. Mindslip (getting old, I was born that year ) . They played Cirkus in Stockholm as well though. Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet gave The X Factor a -1/5 rating that year (a new invention), but the gigs, albeit rather small, were sold out.

Don't worry about it. When I was a kid I thought it was recorded in South Africa for a long time because I confused Gothenburg for Johannesburg :help:

Joel Hoekstra's solo album is a who's who of classic metal and prog dudes, and yet this is the best song they can release?

Russell Allen, Jeff Scott Soto (doing only backing vocals?!), Vinny Appice, Derek Sherinian...man. I love literally anything Russell sings, but goddamn, what a bunch of average 70s hard rock worship this is.
