I came to this album sceptical since I wasn't crazy about Pinewood Smile at all (I'm still not). But god, this is good. Fantastic, actually. So after their reunion we've got 2 not-so-good (including Hot Cakes) and 2 fantastic albums. Making it a total of 4 albums you need to listen to and 2 you can skip.

Saw them play it in it's entirety, went down real well. I agree with your classification of the quality of the albums since their return. Shame they are dismissed as a novelty act as they are good fun.
