Now playing/learning to play the solo in Priest's "Rising From Ruins". Not that technical but still kinda fiddly. Damn my short attention span...

Yeah, thin guitars and not a brilliant bass sound. I have the original Revelations downloaded on my phone and it sounds so empty, but the remaster gave it a big low end boost so it sounded really good and clear.

Interesting, must give those remasters a listen. All my Maiden is either from CD's from no earlier than 2009 (so probably the '98 remasters?) or MP3's... er... acquired elsewhere.
