Lengendary concert. California Jam 1974. At the time, one of the loudest concert sound systems around. 250,000 festival tickets sold. On the bill amongst others, Deep Purple, Sabbath, Eagles, ELP, Rare Earth.

Deep Purple flew to the festival on their own private jet to headline....but before that, Sabbath played, having just released their Sabbath Bloody Sabbath album:
