NOW PLAYING

Gamma Ray:

Sail On (very nice song more in the vein of their future sound, like Space Eater which is early Primal Fear)
Mr. Outlaw (pure Helloween-esque fun and early Priest vibe in the verses; more interesting musically than a couple of songs)

The bonus songs to their debut album. I think they would have made it stronger. Instead of songs like - Money, even Free Time (which does the job though), which I always found weaker. The instrumental Lonesome Stranger is nice too (the melody works like in the title track), it could have been a proper song. I guess Kai was still in ''Helloween mood'', the next 2 albums with Ralf upgraded (to say) their sound. The first 2 are solid for the most part.

Dave Grohl played drums in two albums of Queens of the Stone Age, Songs for the Deaf, 2002 am also 11 years later for Like Clockwork, my 2 favourite Queens of the Stone Age albums.

What a drummer! Amazing groove.
