In most Orthodox Churches there is an Iconostasis (a wall covered in icons, usually of the Holy Family) separating the main body of the Church from the sanctuary, where the most sacred parts of the liturgy are conducted.Weeeell... There are Orthodox Jews, but that's something quite a bit different than the Orthodox Church (a different religion, actually). And those definitely wouldn't have any icons.
