To skip ouzo. One blanc naturally brut can be the best introduction in these cases
There are two important villages in the most precious wine region of the planet, Bourgogne: The village of Chassagne & the one of Puligny. Their limit is only the national road. Each one produce an appellation which start with the name of the village and follows by Montrachet.
Puligny Montrachet & Chassagne Montrachet, are the appellations and as usual, if rouge is pinot noir, if blanc is chardonnay. Though are both famous appellations, I slightly prefer the second, especially regarding white.
So I had a Chassagne Montrachet blanc, 2008. It reminded me the awesomeness of being human. Try it. Its potential (white) is from 3 -5 years. Let me give it a try, I damn missed it:
Golden robe with green reflections, arôme a bouquet of white flowers plus verbena, noisette and mineral notes. In the mouth it attacks with vivacité, and let an agreable fraîcheur.
