Neil Armstrong dead

Can you believe that in the days since he died the crazy fuckers who truley believe that we never went to the moon and it was all an elaborate hoax have been coming out of the woodwork again. Some people are a complete waste of good oxygen.
 
The moon landing deniers have been around for some time. There was a movie (Capricorn One), which while not a bad movie from a purely fictional standpoint that was used in part as a basis for this conspiracy theory.

Yeah, third reader comment on a major German news website on the article of Armstrong's death was about that already. That made me even sadder than his death.
 
R.I.P Neil, while his achievement is hugely more attributed to the team behind the mission he is the figure head of space exploration by man (the fleshy fragile kind not the metal things we fling off left right and centre) and its sad to hear he's passed on.
Its almost as sad to hear (or not to hear as it may be) that a song by Will.I.Am has been selected to be played to rocks on Mars by the rover :nuts2: im sure the rocks would prefer starblind
