My nephew's fourth Bday - Which Maiden album should I get him?

I dunno, my first Officially Verified Maiden Memories come from 1990 when i was 7 when Santy brought me The First 10 Years on VHS. I was clearly a fan by this stage, hence the present. My older brother got me into metal and he tells me I was 5 when I first lost my shit to the LAD video.

He also tried to get me into Slayer during this period and that shit never stuck.

I was young, he influenced me heavily but also I had my own tastes. Still love Maiden, still don't care for Slayer.

So I say go for it, influence the younglings any way you see fit, it might stick, it might not. You're never too young to rock the fuck out, baby

Powerslave was a good choice to get. Fast paced bangers, epic mayhem, boogaloo guitar nonsense, artwork prime for deep visual investigation. Winner. Personally my choice would have been LAD for the reasons listed above plus its live plus liner notes.
