I was sitting here and I thought of something, the proceeds of the Clive Burr MS Trust Fund go to making Clive's life easier right? So if Maiden have to raise all this money to help him what happens when normal people get MS. People who don't have a band raisning lots of money for them. How do they survive if Clive needs all this money to survive?

Charity help, family members, friends, philanthropes. Those who aren't lucky enough to have such people... well, you know.

Wouldn't it be really hard to raise that much money, if Maiden have to have singles and concerts to raise it?

The Clive Burr MS Trust Fund doesn't just raise money for Clive. The money it raises goes to many sufferers of MS, including Iron Maiden fanclub members.
