Mr. andymabon, it has come to our attention that whenever you post, you're suddenly gripped by a child-like giddiness which proves detrimental to your typing skills. However, some of the forum's members believe it is best for you to decrease the amount of sugar you intake daily, as this will increase your concentration and help improve your typing skills, as well as reducing the possibility of being eviscerated by the sullen moderators.

Yours thoughtfully,
Mr. Dragon.

And for being "on-topic". No, I have not met any of the band members.

I've been lucky enough to meet Steve in an Irish pub in Gothenburg. He's very chilled out and was happy to chat for ages about music, football and anything else. He's a great advert for the band and a true gent.
I met Dave in Dublin last year when, due to our wonderful smoking policies, he had to step outdoors to have a cigarette. He's very funny and terribly chatty too. Spent ages just talking about nothing much really but it was cool.
I've met Janick several times as he's always wandering around Dublin when they're here. He's very approachable and is always happy to pose for photos with fans and sign autographs.

Curious if anyone here has met the band or a member of the band. What did you think of them (personality, hospitality, etc.) Pix would be cool to see, etc.

The only musicians that I have had a chance to meet was Rush (Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson & Neil Peart). Alex was the most social of the three & talked the most -- very down to earth. They wanted to talk about anything BUT music at the time which was cool.

I met Janick and Dave at their hotel just before a show years ago. They were super nice, very kind and signed my Number Of The Beast album. To This day I canNOT tell what Dave wrote!!!!
