Matter Of Life And Death': Audio Samples Of All 10 Tracks Posted Online

Hello All,

My first post finally after ghosting around.. I can barely wait for the new CD. Us poor Americans have to wait longer! :-[

Favorite teases anyone?

"The Longest Day", "For the Greater Good of God" and Bruce's vocal track, from the behind the-scenes video,  of "These Colours don't Run" sound fantastic!

Imagine waking up in the morning and being able to sing like that!? :o

I must commend Iron Maiden on what has been a tremendous pre-album promotion blitz.  For one thing, the album was not leaked onto the internet weeks before its official release.  It is only one week away from the official release in Germany and still only a handful of people have heard the album in it's entirety.

Second of all, by using their official website, Maiden have allowed their fans to have a sneak preview of the album via the three songs and video clip posted for anybody to download at any time they want.  Iron Maiden have always been a band to keep up witht the latest technology and have always seemed to keep in touch with their fans and this year has certainly been no disappointment.

Well done to Rod Smallwood, the Sanctuary team and anybody invloved with the promotion of this album :)

Yes I agree.  Most releases are on the internet 1 to 2 weeks before thier release date and there is no leak anywhere for AMOLAD. :o  Trust me..I've looked!

I personally purchase all my CDs but don't mind a DL if its something I'm overly excited about and get a listen before..the anxiety TKOs me!

Ha? It's the way Maiden wants it, that's why they've released the video and tracks via their website... It's like a trailer, a preview, just to get you more excited... It wouldn't surprise me if they released the whole album via their own website.

So... what's your point? That I should listen to them because Maiden pursposefully leaked them on their own website? Because if it is I have to say... who cares. If I want to wait I'll wait, I was simply applauding those like me, after all we all want to be a part of something, in this case, those who wait until the official release.
