Maiden songs you find rather boring

I can forgive shortcomings in the earlier material more easily, it was a very different era musically, and this was pretty much still a pub band. I also get that reunion era music drifts into generic sounding.

Journeyman is one I definitely can't get excited about, although part of that is it's placing on the album. It just drifts off at the end of DoD

Seventh Son of a Seventh Son until the solo kicks in.

I'm still convinced Steve had a couple of passable melodies and a good instrumental and didn't know how to put them together, so he thought "oh, beef hooked" and used the first thing that came to his mind. Then a gallop under the melodies and the song was done.

The instrumental part for me is one of their best creation of their history

I find The Clairvoyant somewhat underwhelming. The bass line is cool, but to me, as a non-English speaker, the chorus melodically sounds a bit too close to whiny. Also, the song contradicts itself a little: the lyrics are gloomy, but the music and vocal melody sound a bit too happy or positive.
