Maiden Mix CD

I find it really disconcerting that you've left out Rime of the ancient mariner. After all, it's the best metal song ever (in my not very humble opinion :P). I'd chuck Can I play with madness, since it's more of a pop song than a representative of Maiden's greatness. That should let you put in 13 minutes and 18 seconds (roughly) of pure bliss :halo:

I'd put Rime Of The Ancient Mariner, but it's thirteen fraggin' minutes long. I could fit about four songs from No Prayer For The Dying in that space... not that they'd be better written, but with two minutes of 'fluff' in the middle, it's not as efficient as I would like. Also, it's not going to fit if I want to have Fear Of The Dark (and I do).

However, if I axe Can I Play With Whatnot, I can cram in both Deja Vu and Still Life (but not Revelations) and wind up about two minutes under. So either I can leave it that way, or replace 2AM with one of the longer songs off Virtual Factor (most of them are fairly similar), like Fortunes Of War.

And don't feel bad, Genghis. Both cars I've driven so far haven't had a compacted-disc player, and it never bothered me. Just used a tape-adapter to plug it into my MP3-CD player (and later iPod). :)
