I don't think the month one was concieved/born in can somehow take effect on one's personality.

I agree, but seeing how my personality is kind of like a mix of my sign (Aquarius) and my ascendant sign (Virgo), it does make me wonder. Aquarius people known to be progressive, realistic, loyal to their loved ones, honest, hardworking, incredibly stubborn, at times selfish/egoistic and afraid of the situations where their smarts can't help them and it all comes down to feelings. But at the same time, Aquarius people known to be quite active and social (unlike me) while Virgo people known to be shy, silent and well-spoken (like me). This is me in a nutshell, to be honest.

Also, every Leo I've met have been obsessed with their looks and had huge egos, which is the most well known thing about them in the astrological world.
