Well, that depends. I know that if you are under a certain income bracket (ballpark of $20,000 us/year) there is assistance for vaccinations, and medical stuff. Also, each state has some sort of Women and Infant Children act, which helps put milk, cheese and ceral into the homes-- again, some sort of dollare bracket there. The only 'bonus' available (to my knowledge) is in the form of a tax credit-- $1,000 per each kid.
So, the more you have, the less you need to worry in taxes-- but that won't off-set the expenses!!!
ps-- i have many friends and family that are very happy to have waited later in life to have kids!
