y, you have yet to reach the mark to be able to praise or kick someone. It requires at least 50 posts in a legitimate thread. For instance, nothing posted in the madness forum increases your post count. Don't worry, you'll get there.

___no5 carried a user rating of -55 for quite sometime because for some reason he is in love with the # 5. He is a major player in this thread and an all around good guy (despite being French  :D) and is currently on a 6 week hiatis from the forum. The regular posters here thought it would be a nice gift for him to come back with, let's say, a +55 user rating, so we began praising him everyday to achieve this goal.

The great mysterious gods of the underworld, AKA the Mods, have now set his user rating to an astonishing -149 to make our task more difficult. We see this as a challenge; so the great struggle between the ants and the people, or giants and Jack, if you prefer has been met. Let the madness begin (um, OK, continue I mean).

Yeah I know, I got registered because of him in a way -after being a long term guest here- to help him achieve his goal -the 10.000th reply.... This thread is the very first thread I've ever posted in, and I had the 9.999th reply too !

So I have to reach 50 posts to praise him ? Seems too far !!

Yeah, it can take a while...  it took me a long time to get there... seems that once you get started, it just keeps on flowing...

NP: Richard Wagner - Das Rheingold - Scene 1

15 hours of anti-semitic, incestuous, four-part German opera...yay.

Anywhere between 28 and 32 minutes depending on how I feel and if I have to do it for time. Usually for time is 3 miles though. I'm old like you man, it ain't easy anymore....

I hear that!!!

The best I have done is a 5k in 34 min... thats, what, 3.2 miles?

I am going to try to better that this summer....

Even on a treadmill, 7-minute miles aren't half bad...especially if your upper limit is 8 minute miles!

I think the most I ever got when I was at my fittest was about 6 minute miles for 2 miles...I'm probably about 8 minute miles for anything over 2 miles, due to my current state of, err...being fat and lazy.

Running can give you shin splints - hence it must be avoided at all costs. Get a dog and walk that instead. :P

Today I ran 4km in 18.40 (2.4miles)
And 6km in 28.50 yesterday (3.71 miles)

This has been the first week of running so hopfully in another few weeks I'll be faster. Man practicing rucking on pavment = no fun I was bleeding a fucking river. Its all the snows fault knee high on the feild!!

When I was at school - they would make us play Rugby on a churned up and frozen pitch. That would make for some serious leg bleeding.
