y, you have yet to reach the mark to be able to praise or kick someone. It requires at least 50 posts in a legitimate thread. For instance, nothing posted in the madness forum increases your post count. Don't worry, you'll get there.

___no5 carried a user rating of -55 for quite sometime because for some reason he is in love with the # 5. He is a major player in this thread and an all around good guy (despite being French  ) and is currently on a 6 week hiatis from the forum. The regular posters here thought it would be a nice gift for him to come back with, let's say, a +55 user rating, so we began praising him everyday to achieve this goal.

The great mysterious gods of the underworld, AKA the Mods, have now set his user rating to an astonishing -149 to make our task more difficult. We see this as a challenge; so the great struggle between the ants and the people, or giants and Jack, if you prefer has been met. Let the madness begin (um, OK, continue I mean).
