I've learned why US elections take place November + Tuesday

November refers to the agricultural US -after harvest, but yet not a cold month which was permitting travelling
Tuesday refers to religion -when established it they choosed Tuesday as a day far from Sunday -the day of the rest
which again was permitting travelling ..........why not Wedsday ??

Tuesday is alreasy chosen -and it was chosen because it was 2 days away from Sunday -Christians day of rest-
-so citizens could rest Sunday travel Monday and vote Tuesday-
but Wedsday is 3 days long and for this it could make a better choise (for citizens that they were even more far)
