I find 85% dark makes an excellent hot chocolate (anything less is too greasy). Far too bitter to actually eat though.

I agree. Obviously not every cheese is a favorite and there are some I dislike, but there’s also a ton that taste great. I never eat a sandwich without a slice of one type or another.
