Every time I go to a hospital I end up messing some procedure up, fail to find the room I'm supposed to go, get the times or doctors confused, or something along those lines.

If someone wants to make the case for me being an absolute moron, the hospital is the place to go.

I don't think weed is legal anywhere in Europe. Amsterdam is a blind-eye situation AFAIK. Strains that have 0.2% THC or something like that can be legal, and that's probably what's used in this chocolate. It's still full of CBDs but the experience is more akin to hasish than your usual weed.
