At shops, that is. Bars are open until 3 am. Shops have to stop selling alcohol at 20 (18 on Saturdays).

This of course means that people buy more than they intend to drink, in case friends come over.
 
Thats why booze shops should be 24/7. And on every street corner. Then theres no excuse. Except having no coin, which is always a valid excuse.
Although, from partying extensively with 'hippies,' I find that they often have a voracious appetite for both tobacco and booze, both of which they never seem to have.
For every 1 beer I want I need to buy 2. It seems I cant say the word 'No' until about 4am when it becomes a resolute "Fuck aff."

One particular history teacher taught me that one source proves nothing. So I never believe a word anyone says. My partner wants to murder me for this attitude on a weekly basis. I am not sure if I have benefited
