Learning Paschendale on guitar today took me about 20 minutes excluding the solos. Didn't realize how basic its leads were, mostly fairly familiar power chord progressions. I can't believe how this band turns simple stuff into complicated sounding magic.
 
This is probably valid for lots of good bands. Virtuoso players are limited and often they choose less commercial routes. R'n'R is generally a simply constructed music.

Don't listen to Travis, I'll make a quick synopsis of all awesome stuff you missed:
1. Yax & Foro introduced no5 to Silicon Messiah. No5 was astonished about the discovery
2. Blaze Bayley all acoustic concerts in Bulgaria & Dubai, this spring.
3. Ariana left for a spa for the weekend.
4. Sixies was devastated about that.
5. Moon Child was planning to watch a movie.
6. No5 played his first League match after his injury but lost 6-3, 6-3.
7. Natalie appeared out of the blue by mistake; she wanted to post in Chat Thread, originally.
8. Then some chat happened where an awesome thousand suns from Norway was discussed, fuck I missed him.
9. Perun was planning to go to a party, the first in 2013. We now looking fwd to hearing from him in the hangover thread.

So my Spanish friend calls me on Wednesday to play a Par 3. I say yes why not.
Thursday he calls again to ask for an 18 holes game, instead. For today. Yes of course.
Yesterday he calls me about 5 times for confirming & time calibration. Done. 6pm Saturday mate!
This morning he calls and I *know* he wants to cancel.
 
So, I met one of my dearest friends last night, and we hadn't seen each other for about half a year. We decided to skip the party and go have a drink instead.
 
Great. Until now, very smoothly.
Plus nothing extraordinaire's expected to come since I'm gonna leave now, mouahahaha!

Need to wash my pareo, weather is getting better and I'll start going to the beach soon.
 
I just learned that prostitution is legal and regulated in Turkey since 1930. Can't believe I did not know that until now.

I haven't seen one of my dearest friends for about half a year either. Maybe we are the same person.
