Random quote: "Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart." - Winnie the Pooh.

Good morning, everyone. Although it feels like afternoon already, since I've been up and working for more than four hours already.

Good day Ariana. This reminds me of a mantra from Hagakure /The Way of The Samurai:

Matters of great concern should be treated lightly. Matters of small concern should be treated seriously.
And again the Fox episode in Little Prince and the 'colour of the wheat fields'

I've always wondered why The Little Prince is considered a children's book. There is so much in there that is impossible for a child to understand.

Agree. Yet a child can at least read it, maybe for that.
Once I asked a professor of French literature, which was her all time favourite French book, she told me without hesitating a second: The Little Prince.

Children can and do read it, because at least here it is a part of the obligatory reading lists in fourth grade (10-11-year-olds). I think this is a mistake because they read it, they fail to understand it and they shape a negative opinion of it. If they read it much later, things are very different, but reading it at such a young age does nothing but put kids off.

In other news I got injured during a friendly match earlier today. A neck cramp or whatever it's called. During a smash..

When it's obligatory it may happen, I can very well picture that. In my case it wasn't.
My mother used to read it to me before I can read. Later, I read it myself in the second or third grade. Surely, I couldn't understand everything but there were simply meanings, like 'big people can't understand' that I could get.

Since then I read it some more times and every time I was understanding a bit more. Last time it was 10 years before. And I cried in the end.

From tennis. Yesterday I took 2 hours private lessons. Dead. I can play 4 hours in a row, no problem, but 2 hours of private training, it's something..
Right now, I'm thinking to cancel the League match tomorrow (due to neck, earlier).. It's against my archi-rival and I'm hesitating due to his possible reaction:

He's cracking :D

Moonchiiiiiiild - hear the mandrake scream

I don't know Moonchild, but most (if not all) of the times I see you coming around, you bring such a good energy and automatically I got a smile in my face. Don't change anything!
