'Txt message spelling', as you call it, hasn't got its place here. It's annoying to read and also may confuse some non-native English speakers.

p.s. i seriously dont see how people say FotD is a bad album? it may have a couple of iffy tracks on it (apparition, weekend warrior etc) but the good songs are brilliant (fear of the dark, afraid to shoot strangers, wasting love etc)

Fear Of The Dark is not as good as the other Maiden albums, but it remains a pretty good album!

Of course Weekend Warrior is a good song, its just not Live material at all..due to its, weirdness

Anyone who thinks a member thats been there 14 + years straight is "the new guy" has got to be a moron. I dont think it needs to be analysed further
 
Interesting, really? I think it can. You say "I think" there for you are! not only that it means it is your opinion and not a fact thus that can be debated. Therefore that you think that someone has been in a band club or team for a number of years they are no longer "new." However if they never fully assimilate into that group then they will always be "new". Like say....Jason Newsted. For hardcore Metallica fans he shall always be "the replacement". For all those fans after the black album...he's always been there and now their dredlock Californian dude is "the new guy. In that case calling those fans that still consider Janick "the new guy" morons, are you also insulting their longing for a stable and perfectly functional lineup? Maiden´s lineup has been stable much because of Janick. If anything, Adrian is the new guy. He left thus making the lineup "unstable". Janick was there and stuck it out even if it was not "fair weather" for the band at all times. He played ballrooms in the US. Thus, calling him "new guy" is stupid, and certainly insulting cause Janick is the last pointing fingers to for the lineup being "unstable"
 
yeh but really it is all down to the style and how long they have been playing and you could probably tell by the speed of janick that he has been playing longer than H
