Judas Priest

Rob is definitely good for 75, actually much better than he was on Epitaph tour for example.

See the legends live now because there might not be another tour, who knows.
I think ive seen 3 times judas reunion,2005 and i think with the first new guitar player "falkner" but not with the 2 of them. I miss the kkdowning glenn tipton duo. But its imposible to have them back

If K.K. hadn't acted like such a d*ck, he - maybe - could have rejoined when Glenn stepped down. Eh, it is what it is, to quote the man.
That is true. Recently he said he would come back but rod said no. Btw the kk judas priest with ripper sounds great.

KK’s Priest is cool. The first album was a massive let-down for me, as I advocated for them for years to do a record, and that’s all they could come up with. The second record is killer though.

Btw, listen to the lyrics of Priest’s vicious circle. Very much about K.K., I think.

KL who?

Rob is absolutely using backing track support and live autotune.

That's a pity.

That said, he still sounds great for being 74.

That's true.

The onstage lack of movement is a bit lame, but again: he's 74.

He never was the most active of frontmen though.

If you've never seen Judas Priest live: go see them while you can.

I saw them with Ripper back in 2001 but have not seen them with Rob. I have been thinking about going to see them at Hammersmith Odeon since they announced the show, but it seems the show is now sold out. That has made the decision not to go and see them an easy one! To be fair, the show being on a Monday made it fairly unattractive...

Happy Birthday Rob!

The Andy Sneap mixed stream is tuned in post. It is thus not "live auto tuned". Neatly and subtly tuned, but evident if you have an ear for it. Can't say I've spotted anything out of the PA.

Neither did Phil of Wings of Pegagsus. The lines here are neither tuned, or backing tracks. But yeah, as I said, there is backing track support behind the lead vocal at times.

So again. The lead vocal is up front, is live, and is in spots backed up by additional layers, in choruses and sometimes intro screams. The lead vocal is not live pitch corrected, but same as most these days, subtly tuned for official recordigs.
