Sinner and Diamonds are great. Starbreaker is decent too, but not quite good enough.
SfV's title track is alright, nothing much more. Bloodstone is freaking badass, as is EE.
I love all three of these DOTF songs, but The Sentinel and RHRF are in my top 5 favourite Priest songs. Burning gets my vote.
All Guns Blazing, Leather Rebel and One Shot get voted for being OK.

This game features the biggest Painkiller album hate (or underrating) I have ever seen on this forum.
Priest's best record is so much more than its title track, Night Crawler and A Touch of Evil.

*shakes amazed head*

All those songs are weaker than Metal Meltdown tho.

:funnypost:

Sinner, Bloodstone, SfV, Freewheel, Leather Rebel.

I though about Leather vs All Guns and I think I prefer the latter because of the fastest solo Tipton has probably ever done. Speed =/= quality but there is something special about that one.

Hey, I haven't voted for anything on the second side yet - aside from Battle Hymn, which should still be alive as part of Battle Hymn / One Shot At Glory.

I still say "The Hellion /" should be put back in front of Electric Eye.

Of course. Prime example of a cover done right. They took that song and made it their own Priest classic.

Yup, they covered that song well..Doesn't really change the fact that they wrote none of it, except added a disco beat, making it sound just like Blondie.... But cool to see it doing so well I guess :)

I don't know why it matters that they didn't write any of it. It's not like they're trying to take credit for it or something. I disagree that they wrote none of it anyway, they put their own riffing and feel on it. Which is why it's so popular. Had they just played the song as it was written I don't think it'd be considered so special.

It doesn't matter...It's just funny. Out of all the great fantastic tunes Priest themselves wrote, this cover is still one of the best in the survivor...when all it really is..listen it, is Baez lyrics with a metal/disco beat behind it. :)
