The CD and LP releases have separate tracks with their own numbers,
but also separate numbers on the back cover on e.g. re-releases of the LP, such as this picture disc:
As opposed to what happened on
Sin After Sin (two titles next to each other, separated by a slash):
Defenders of the Faith is also connected to Heavy Duty, but they are still two different titles and entries (tracks). Same goes for Battle Hymn and One Shot at Glory.
I understand an urge to change it because Electric Eye certainly becomes less interesting (or could feel incomplete) without its intro, but this is how Priest released it.
On compilations, there's variation:
