Janick's influence on Dave

Did anyone notice that Dave's stage attitude has changed somewhat since Janick joined the band? I guess Dave noticed by seeing Jan that he could do more on stage that just play. Of course it wasn't a sudden change, but in I could notice throughout the videos that he does now more "crazy" things than before (although he doesn't get anywhere near Jankick!). I think it was in the Rock In Rio DVD where I even saw him spinning his guitar around and throwing it in the air. Is this all Janick's influence? Probably.
What do you people think?

In the past Dave has had more wild moments. Check some of his stories from the Early Years DVD (or was it the Number of the Beast DVD?)

Also back in 1983 he destroyed his guitar and Eddie at the same time. ;)

From a technical standpoint, as a guitarist I've certainly noticed that Dave's solos have begun to incorporate a few Janick elements and melodies which he often uses, so the point that the odd one could be mistaken for being played by Jan if you didn't pay close attention to the tone or fluidity. Certainly interesting, but as Dave's solos were always the most inventive and have recently become a bit more straight-forward, you might consider that a bad thing.

I remember seeing Janick when he was with whitespirit I think they were supporting Whitesnake or Gillan (cant remember long time ago 1980/81)  and playing with the band Gillan and he clearly was/is very much a Ritchie Blackmore devotee  if not so much playing style definately mannerisms if anything his performances have become more animated over the years i must admit i dont think Daves style or performance has changed much since Janicks arrival i have seen Dave leaping around the stage a fair bit over the years as well often on Bruces shoulders.
